This Durable Forge Screw Maker Machine is designed for high-volume production of high-strength screws and self-tapping screws, with a focus on continuous 24-hour industrial operation.
It is engineered for stability, durability, and consistent forming performance under long production cycles.

Continuous high-speed screw production creates significant mechanical wear on forming equipment. This machine adopts a reinforced wear-resistant structural system using powder metallurgy alloy materials and deep carburizing treatment on key transmission components.
Critical guide rails and sliding components are equipped with replaceable wear plates, significantly improving maintenance efficiency and extending overall service life during long-term operation.
The die spacing is 60 mm, ensuring compact and stable forming alignment. The knockout length is adjustable from 40 mm to 60 mm, providing flexibility for different screw geometries and head heights.
The slide stroke is available in 180 mm and 220 mm configurations, supporting a wide range of screw lengths and production requirements.

This machine delivers a maximum forming force of 120 tons, making it suitable for stable production of high-strength screws and self-tapping fasteners.
The main motor power is 30 HP. Production speed ranges from 80 to 100 parts per minute, optimized for continuous high-efficiency operation while maintaining forming consistency.
A 1 HP intelligent lubrication system combined with a 900 L oil reservoir ensures stable lubrication supply during long production cycles. The system features time-based and load-based forced lubrication control, reducing friction and improving wear resistance during extended operation.

Each machine undergoes a 48-hour no-load test run after assembly to ensure mechanical stability, system reliability, and operational consistency before shipment.
We support FOB export terms. Standard packaging includes protective film wrapping, foam corner protection, and reinforced wooden base support. Full wooden crate packaging is available upon request.
