This SS Nut Bolt Manufacturing Machine is specifically designed for challenging materials such as stainless steel and heat-resistant steel, which require higher forming force, enhanced wear resistance, and improved thermal stability.
It is engineered for stable production of stainless steel nuts and bolts with extended tool life and consistent forming accuracy.

Stainless steel materials are difficult to form due to high work-hardening behavior, increased friction, and strong adhesion to die surfaces. This machine is equipped with a stainless steel-optimized die system and advanced surface engineering technology to improve tool life and forming stability.
The die spacing is 100 mm, providing stable alignment and reducing eccentric wear during high-load forming. The knockout length reaches up to 105 mm, supported by a reinforced ejection structure to ensure smooth and stable part removal.
Critical moving components are treated with ceramic coating and low-temperature plasma sulfurization, significantly reducing friction, improving anti-galling performance, and extending service life under continuous stainless steel production.

This machine delivers a maximum forming force of 300 tons, ensuring sufficient energy for stainless steel deformation processes.
The main motor power is 75 HP. Production speed ranges from 50 to 80 parts per minute, optimized specifically for stainless steel applications to balance productivity with die life and forming stability.
A 3 HP intelligent lubrication system combined with a 1600 L oil reservoir ensures continuous lubrication under high-load conditions. A reinforced cooling circulation system is integrated to control heat buildup generated during stainless steel forming, improving long-term operational stability and reducing thermal wear on critical components.

We support full customization based on technical drawings, samples, or application requirements. Our in-house engineering team provides full process evaluation and machine configuration recommendations.

The workflow is straightforward: you provide product specifications or samples, we design a technical solution, and recommend the most suitable machine model. Production begins after order confirmation and deposit.

Each SS Nut Bolt Manufacturing Machine undergoes a 48-hour no-load test run before shipment to ensure mechanical reliability and system stability.
