Automatic Nut Forming Machine

This Automatic Nut Forming Machine is designed for high-volume production of M12–M20 large hex nuts and flange nuts. It integrates automated feeding, precision forming, and stable ejection to ensure continuous industrial-scale production.

This machine is equipped with a dual-channel automatic feeding system combined with an online wire monitoring unit. The system is designed to detect variations in wire diameter and surface condition in real time, improving stability in continuous production environments.
The die spacing is 100 mm. The knockout length is programmable from 52 to 105 mm, allowing flexible adaptation to different nut heights and structural designs. The slide stroke is available in 180 mm, 230 mm, and 300 mm configurations to support different forming requirements.
This Automatic Nut Forming Machine is designed for multi-spec large nut production with stable dimensional consistency.

This machine delivers a maximum forming force of 300 tons, ensuring stable deformation capacity for large nut production and high-resistance materials.
The main motor power is 75 HP. Production speed ranges from 60 to 80 parts per minute, providing a balance between output efficiency and forming stability in large-size nut manufacturing.
A 3 HP intelligent lubrication system with a 1600 L oil reservoir ensures continuous lubrication supply under high-load conditions. The zoned lubrication system distributes oil flow to each working station independently, improving wear resistance and extending service life during long-term operation.
