We are Wenzhou Hunan Machinery. Since 2001, we have specialized in cold heading machines with over 26 years of manufacturing experience. This Nut Manufacturing Machine is a dedicated high-speed forming system designed specifically for the efficient production of hex nuts and flange nuts.
It is optimized for stable nut forming performance, high dimensional accuracy, and continuous high-volume production.

This Nut Manufacturing Machine is equipped with a nut-specific die guiding system combined with a high-rigidity slide structure, ensuring improved alignment stability during high-speed forming operations.
The die spacing is 80 mm, providing enhanced die positioning accuracy and reducing forming deviation during continuous production. The knockout length reaches up to 82 mm, ensuring smooth and stable ejection for both deep-hole nuts and thin-wall nut structures.
Key components are manufactured using powder metallurgy high-speed steel with multi-layer surface coating technology, improving wear resistance, impact strength, and service life under long-term operation.

This machine delivers a maximum forming force of 185 tons, making it ideal for high-efficiency nut-specific production lines.
The main motor power is 60 HP. Production speed ranges from 60 to 100 parts per minute, depending on material and product specification, ensuring a balance between output efficiency and forming stability.
A 2 HP intelligent lubrication system combined with a 1200 L oil reservoir ensures stable lubrication supply during continuous operation. The automatic temperature control system adjusts oil flow based on real-time load conditions, reducing wear and improving long-term machine stability.

We maintain a dedicated after-sales service team to support customers throughout machine installation, operation, and maintenance.
Third-party inspection is supported before shipment. Customers are also welcome to visit our factory for on-site machine inspection and acceptance testing.
All major components are covered by a one-year warranty, with flexible export warranty terms available upon request.
Each Nut Manufacturing Machine undergoes a 48-hour no-load test run before delivery to ensure mechanical stability and operational reliability.
