This Bolt Header Machine is designed for medium to large bolt production and is widely used in construction machinery, heavy equipment, and industrial manufacturing sectors. It is engineered for stable operation under high forming loads.

During bolt forming, especially for long bolts, maintaining shank straightness while forming the head is a key technical challenge. Insufficient frame rigidity can lead to deformation or misalignment during production.
To address this, this Bolt Header Machine adopts a high-rigidity cast iron frame structure to ensure structural stability under heavy load conditions. Key transmission components undergo multiple heat treatment processes and precision grinding to enhance durability and maintain long-term alignment accuracy.
The knockout length ranges from 40 to 60 mm. Die spacing is fixed at 60 mm, optimized for stable forming conditions. The slide stroke is available in 180 mm and 220 mm configurations to accommodate different bolt lengths and forming requirements.

This machine provides a maximum forming force of 120 tons, ensuring reliable head filling and stable dimensional control during medium-to-large bolt production.
The main motor power is 30 HP. Production speed ranges from 80 to 100 parts per minute depending on bolt specifications. A 1 HP lubrication system with a 900 L oil reservoir ensures continuous forced lubrication, effectively reducing wear and maintaining stable temperature control during long-term operation.
This Bolt Header Machine is designed for continuous, high-load industrial production with consistent performance stability.

Each machine undergoes a 48-hour no-load test run after assembly to ensure mechanical stability and system reliability before shipment.
We support FOB export terms. Standard packaging includes protective film wrapping, foam corner protection, and reinforced wooden base support. Full wooden crate packaging is available upon request. All machines are fully tested before leaving the factory to ensure ready-to-run delivery condition.
