Nut Making Machine

Our company, Wenzhou Hunan Machinery, has focused on cold heading technology for 26 years. This experience directly shapes our Nut Making Machine. It is designed specifically for the high-volume production of small to medium-sized hexagon and square nuts.
The machine uses a precision mold guide and a high-rigidity slide block. The mold center distance is 70mm, ensuring stable forming accuracy. The knockout length is adjustable from 40mm to 60mm, meeting the ejection requirements of nuts with different heights.
We offer two slide stroke options: 180mm and 260mm, providing the necessary forming space for various nut sizes.

This Nut Making Machine delivers a maximum forging force of 140 tons. Its main motor power is 40HP. The production speed ranges from 70 to 100 pieces per minute, achieving a strong balance between high efficiency and stable forming quality.
We also equip the machine with a 2HP intelligent lubrication motor and a large 1000L oil tank. The automatic lubrication system adjusts oil volume according to machine load, helping reduce wear on key components.
For standard models, we keep machines in stock for fast delivery. For custom orders, the lead time is approximately three months after order confirmation. Before shipment, each machine undergoes a 48-hour no-load test as part of quality inspection.
