It mainly serves large fastener production bases, hardware industrial parks, auto parts supply chains, concentrated construction fastener production areas, etc. It is suitable for automated large-scale production of large-batch standard fasteners and high-strength fasteners, helping enterprises achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.

All core equipment of the whole line implements our unified full-process quality inspection standards, with dedicated quality inspection personnel at each link from component processing to complete machine assembly.

After the whole line is assembled, it undergoes a 72-hour linkage test run to simulate actual production scenarios and verify the whole line operation stability, capacity compliance rate and product qualification rate. It leaves the factory for delivery only after all indicators meet standards. We support customers to entrust third-party institutions to conduct whole line acceptance, fully cooperate with the testing process and issue a complete acceptance report.

We provide exclusive after-sales team service for the whole line project. On-site installation, debugging and system operation and maintenance training are provided upon delivery to ensure customers' teams can independently manage the whole line operation.

Core equipment of the whole line enjoys a one-year warranty, and technical support and accessory replacement are provided free of charge during the warranty period (excluding wearing parts). We provide long-term whole line upgrading and transformation services, which can expand production line functions and configurations according to customers' subsequent product and capacity needs, extending the production line life cycle. In case of failure problems, remote diagnosis can be carried out, and engineers can be arranged for on-site service if necessary to fully guarantee the stable operation of the production line.

The whole line equipment adopts split packaging. Precision components are separately treated with shockproof and moisture-proof treatment, and large structural components are treated with rust prevention and collision protection. All packaging meets ocean transportation standards.
We can cooperate with customers' designated logistics plans, provide a full set of export customs declaration documents, and arrange special personnel to follow up the logistics progress to ensure the whole line equipment is delivered to the customer site safely and on time. After the equipment arrives at the factory, our engineers will guide unpacking and assembly on site, and follow up the whole line implementation throughout the process.
