This Full Automatic Cold Heading Machine is designed in accordance with Industry 4.0 principles. It integrates automatic feeding, automatic forming, online monitoring, and production data tracking, enabling a highly automated production workflow from wire material to finished parts.

This machine is equipped with a dual-channel automatic feeding system and a wire-end detection sensor to ensure stable and continuous production.
The system monitors wire diameter variations and surface conditions in real time to prevent unstable material from entering the forming process. The ejection system adopts servo control technology, with programmable knockout lengths ranging from 15 to 40 mm, enabling fast changeover between different product specifications.
The die holder is designed with integrated lubrication and cooling channels, ensuring stable thermal control and consistent performance during long-duration operation.

This machine adopts an adaptive forming control system that continuously adjusts production parameters based on real-time operational data.
The main motor power ranges from 15 to 150 HP. Production speed automatically adjusts from 60 to 260 parts per minute depending on product complexity and forming conditions. The maximum slide stroke ranges from 64 to 146 mm.
The control system collects real-time data on forming force, temperature, and vibration at each station. Based on this feedback, it dynamically adjusts feeding speed and forming parameters to maintain stable product quality and reduce variation during continuous production.
