Cold Heading Fasteners Machine

We are Wenzhou Hunan Machinery. Since 2001, we have specialized in cold heading machines. This Cold Heading Fasteners Machine is designed for M16 to M22 long shank fasteners. It is widely used in bridge construction, heavy machinery, and wind power industries, where high-strength and reliable fasteners are required.

Conventional machines often produce long parts with inconsistent end quality. This Cold Heading Fasteners Machine is equipped with a reinforced cutting system and a high-precision feeding mechanism to ensure stable forming performance.

The knockout length is 75 mm, and the die spacing is 165 mm. The cutting die is made from powder metallurgy high-speed steel with a specialized wear-resistant coating. This ensures flat end surfaces and consistent dimensional accuracy over a cutting length of up to 65 mm.

This machine delivers a maximum forming force of 600 tons and is powered by a 220 HP main motor. Production speed ranges from 60 to 90 parts per minute, with a maximum slide stroke of 150 mm.
A 3 HP lubrication motor and a 5600 L oil circulation system are integrated into the machine. The intelligent temperature control system maintains stable operating conditions during long production cycles, improving die life and dimensional stability.

We have an in-house research and development team, with technical shareholders directly involved in engineering design. This allows us to provide customized machine solutions based on specific customer requirements.
We support OEM production, with a minimum order quantity of one unit. Each Cold Heading Fasteners Machine undergoes a 48-hour no-load test run before shipment to ensure stable performance and reliability.
