Upsetting and Extrusion in One Integrated System

This Cold Forging Press Heading Machine is designed for thick-wall components such as thick-wall nuts and high-flange parts. It integrates upsetting and extrusion processes into a single forming system, enabling complete and efficient part production.

Stepped Upsetting System for Uniform Wall Thickness

Thick-wall components are difficult to form with consistent wall thickness and stable material flow. To address this, this machine adopts a stepped upsetting mechanism that precisely controls material deformation during forming.
Die spacing ranges from 100 to 140 mm, allowing optimized material flow control during the upsetting stage. The knockout system is reinforced, with knockout lengths of 30 to 40 mm, ensuring stable and balanced ejection force during operation.
The dies are manufactured using hot isostatic pressing (HIP) alloy steel with deep hardening treatment, providing excellent compressive strength, wear resistance, and long service life under high-load forming conditions.

High Forming Force for Integrated One-Step Forming

This machine is designed for high-load forming applications, with a maximum forming force ranging from 360 to 600 tons. A stepped force control system ensures stable pressure distribution throughout the forming cycle.
The main motor power ranges from 150 to 220 HP. Production speed ranges from 60 to 100 parts per minute, with a maximum slide stroke of 146 to 150 mm.
A 3 HP intelligent lubrication system delivers targeted oil distribution to different stations, ensuring stable temperature control, reduced wear, and consistent performance under heavy-duty operation. This Cold Forging Press Heading Machine is engineered for continuous and stable production of high-load components.
