We are Wenzhou Hunan Machinery. Since 2001, we have specialized in cold heading machines. This Cold Heading Machine is a general-purpose model designed for M10 to M20 hex nuts and bolt heads. It is engineered for continuous high-volume production and long-term industrial operation.

For equipment operating continuously, energy efficiency and wear resistance are critical. This Cold Heading Machine is equipped with low-friction materials and a precision lubrication system to reduce mechanical losses and extend service life.
The die spacing ranges from 100 to 140 mm, and the knockout length is 30 to 40 mm. The drive system features automatic clearance compensation to maintain stable accuracy during long-term operation. The slide guides are made of hardened alloy steel and equipped with high-precision bearings to reduce friction and improve motion stability.

This machine adopts an intelligent inverter control system that automatically adjusts motor output according to load conditions. The main motor power ranges from 75 to 150 HP, ensuring energy-efficient operation under varying production demands.
Production speed ranges from 70 to 120 parts per minute, with a maximum slide stroke of 110 to 146 mm. The system reduces energy consumption during no-load operation. The lubrication system uses a 3 HP motor with intelligent intermittent lubrication control to optimize oil consumption. This Cold Heading Machine is designed for efficient and stable production.

We maintain a strong production and inventory system. Standard machine models are available in stock for fast delivery. Customized machines can be delivered within approximately three months after contract confirmation.
We support FOB export terms. Each Cold Heading Machine undergoes a 48-hour no-load test run before shipment to ensure stable performance and reliability.
