Our bolt forging machine adopts an integral cast steel bed and a prestressed frame structure, which can provide a forging force of up to 2000 tons, easily coping with the forging needs of high-strength alloy steel. The equipment is equipped with a high-precision feeding mechanism and a mold positioning system, with a forming accuracy of ±0.05mm, ensuring the interchangeability and assembly accuracy of bolts. At the same time, we have optimized the transmission system and lubrication system, reducing the energy consumption and wear of the equipment, and extending the service life of the equipment. Compared with the traditional hot forging process, the bolts produced by our cold forging process have higher strength, better surface quality, higher material utilization rate, and production costs reduced by more than 30%.
Our bolt forging machine is mainly used in heavy industry fields with extremely high requirements for bolt strength and reliability. We attach great importance to the packaging and transportation of equipment to ensure that each bolt forging machine can be delivered to customers safely and intact. Due to the heavy weight and large volume of the equipment, we adopt special packaging and transportation solutions. For domestic transportation, we wrap the whole machine with thickened transparent film, protect all vulnerable parts and protruding components with multiple layers of high-density pearl cotton foam, and fix the equipment base with high-strength I-beams as a whole to prevent displacement and collision during transportation.
For export transportation, we adopt FOB trade terms. In addition to basic packaging, we will customize fumigated wooden case packaging according to customer requirements, with moisture-proof and buffer materials filled inside the wooden case to adapt to long-distance sea transportation. We have established long-term cooperative relationships with multiple professional large-piece transportation logistics companies, which can provide door-to-door transportation services for customers and track the cargo transportation status in real time. Before the equipment is shipped, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection and cleaning of the equipment, and provide a detailed packing list, equipment operation manual and maintenance manual to facilitate customers' receipt and use of the equipment.
