A nut tightening machine is a common mechanical device used for fastening bolts and nuts. Its basic operating procedure is as follows:
Insert the screw/nut to be tightened into the feed inlet of the nut tightening machine and confirm its positioning.
Set the appropriate torque value according to the equipment instruction manual.
Insert the screwdriver bit into the output shaft hole of the nut tightening machine and rotate the positioning jaw to the appropriate position.
Start operation. First, gently press the wrench against the nut head, then keep the nut head in the operating position.
Press the power button on the nut tightening machine to start it. The operator must remain vigilant and hold the wrench to ensure the nut head does not fall off.
After operation, release the button, remove the screwdriver bit, remove the screw/nut, and dispose of the waste material.
